1. To provide new home construction work in a high quality manner and provide an excellent level of service to our customers. We also endeavor to maintain open lines of communication with our customers and trade contractors to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
2. To provide an excellent working climate for our employees and trade contractors. This includes comfortable, safe working conditions, fair and respectable pay equal to the quality of work provided, and congenial atmosphere. We intend to recognize, appreciate, and commit to all employees and trade contractors who will work with us to reach our mission. We will strive to provide steady work whenever possible and pay bills promptly. In exchange, we will expect the same quality and service from our team members.
3. Perry L. Cisney Custom Builder will adjust our activities in an attempt to meet the changing needs of our customers and trade partners, as well as the requirements of all municipalities and construction codes.

Perry L. At Perry L. Cisney Custom Builder, we have instituted a zero defects policy with the philosophy that we build it right the first time. We believe Quality never costs as much as it saves!

Background

Perry began his career in 1972 as V.P. of a family construction business in central PA where he helped grow the family business into a nationally recognized remodeling firm in the BIG 50 Remodeling Firms Nationally. In 1992 Perry moved to Lancaster County, Pa where he co founded a custom home building company where he served as Director of Construction Services and Construction Manager for 8 1/2 years. In 2001 Perry founded Perry L. Cisney Inc. Custom Builder with the emphasis of delivering custom built homes of exceptional quality and value. Perry has served the local building associations in many capacities and is widely recognized for his ethics and integrity in the industry.
