Designing Your New Perry L. Cisney Custom Home

We at Perry L. Cisney Custom Builder recognize that today's custom home buyers have many choices when it comes to building their dream home. With that in mind, we customize all our home designs to our clients lifestyle. Our clients are not restricted to a few standard home plans with minor changes.

Our process is as follows:

• Initial interview: The purpose is to determine style of home, size of home and amenities our clients desire in their new custom home.
• Preliminary plans: From the initial interview we will develop a preliminary floor plan and elevations. We meet with our clients to review our preliminary design and make any changes as requested by our clients.
• Approval: Once the preliminary design is approved we develop a construction budget. After approval of the budget we will develop a full set of construction documents and begin construction.
• Construction begins!
